Return Policy:
We offers one of the easiest return policies on the online store. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn* purchase within 30 days for exchange or refund.
*Shoes must be unworn and re-saleable. We do not guarantee wear. Shoes that have been worn outside or have visible wear in the foot-bed or have dirty sole or etc. are not considered to be in new condition. Please return in original box and enclose a copy of the original receipt.
Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement depending upon your card issuer.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges always involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order. You will see two transactions on your credit card or debit card statement: a credit for your original purchase and a charge for your exchanged new purchase. We cover the return shipping on exchanges!
